When should I expect my delivery?

All products on our site display a blue delivery icon in their description indicating the estimated delivery time. Please refer to this before placing an order to avoid disappointment. 

For products indicating a 24hr delivery - order your ride on car before 1pm and receive it the next day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following day on a next-day service.

We work closely with our warehouse and delivery providers to book your delivery in good time and access all the information you need. On the rare occasion that there is a delay or issue, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.


What time will my delivery be?

Deliveries for all of our products are made between 9:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday unless stated otherwise.

Unfortunately we cannot provide an exact delivery time for you but as an alternative to standard delivery we can offer a ‘before 12' and a ‘Saturday express' delivery services on selected products for a small fee. Please contact us for more information on this

Can I track my delivery?

You can access a tracking number for your delivery, if applicable, by logging into your Totcars account online if you would like to track your delivery for any reason.

What if I am not in or there is an issue?

When booking deliveries in, we can always include instructions to leave with a neighbour or leave in a safe spot if absolutely necessary on request.

If no one is available at the property to take delivery, re-delivery information will be posted to you through your letterbox in the form of a small card. Often our delivery provider will ask you to contact them to state a convenient time for re-delivery or automatically attempt re-delivery the following day.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

All of our ride on toys and larger spare parts are likely to require a signature from the receiver, ideally under the same name as the order.

Driver packs and letter-sized packages can be posted through a letterbox with no need for a signature

On the rare occasion that you receive an item that looks damaged or you believe may be damaged please sign for it ‘as damaged' and contact us straightaway.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Unfortunately we do not offer any international delivery services for any of our ride on toys or spare parts.

Our standard UK mainland delivery covers England, Scotland and Wales. If you are looking to place an order with delivery to Northern Island, Scottish highlands or Channel Islands please contact us before placing an order and we can help arrange this for you on request.
